What do we need:

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Office Administrator to serve as a strategic partner to our Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the Global Marketing Leadership Team. This role operates at the center of a complex global organization and is critical to supporting leadership effectiveness, operational alignment, and smooth executive operations.

As part of the Global Marketing organization, you will collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and international teams across regions. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and precision, foresight, and professionalism are essential.

Role Overview:

This role functions as an extension of the Global CMO, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and operations. This role reflects how the Executive Assistant function has evolved-from traditional administrative support to a strategic partner that drives leadership effectiveness and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Enablement

  • Manage a complex global calendar with foresight and precision, aligning time to top priorities
  • Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure the CMO is prepared for key engagements

Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Partner with senior leaders, including Global Marketing Leadership Team members, regional presidents, CMOs, and cross-functional executives
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, executive engagements, and global forums to support alignment and decision-making

Operational Rhythm & Strategic Support

  • Manage leadership operating cadences, including planning cycles, reporting, and leadership meetings
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups while tracking action items and key initiatives

Travel & Event Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end global travel logistics, often involving complex multi-country itineraries
  • Support planning and execution of leadership events, board meetings, and global summits

Confidentiality & Judgment

  • Handle highly sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Apply sound judgment in decision-making and escalation when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Skills To Be Successful In The Role:

  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and sound judgment
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Executive presence with clear, effective communication
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who anticipates needs
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels

What Sets This Role Apart:

This role reflects the evolution of the Executive Assistant position into a critical enabler of leadership effectiveness and business performance. You will play a central role in helping the Global CMO and leadership team operate at their best-driving alignment, clarity, and impact across a global organization.

Beyond day-to-day executive support, this role offers exceptional exposure to global marketing strategy, senior leadership decision-making, and cross-functional initiatives that shape how the organization operates at scale. You will be a trusted partner at the center of high-impact conversations, gaining visibility into enterprise priorities and contributing directly to how global work gets done.
