Piper Companies is hiring an entry level Executive Operations Coordinator for a growing temporary housing organization that assists policyholders displaced by fire, water damage, or other natural events. The Executive Operations Coordinator will support the CEO by managing day-to-day operations and assist with client-facing interactions. This opportunity will require strong communication, adaptability, and ownership in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Operations Coordinator is required to be onsite 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT.
Responsibilities of the Executive Operations Coordinator:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO
- Manage and organize daily workflows, meetings, and priorities
- Assist with claims operations, internal coordination, and execution of deliverables
- Support intake calls and assist with client interactions
- Act as a liaison to communicate and reinforce the CEO's initiatives across teams
- Adapt quickly to ad hoc meetings (approximately 75% unscheduled)
Requirements of the Executive Operations Coordinator:
- 1-3 years of professional experience preferred (2-3 years ideal)
- Must be confident on the phone and comfortable handling calls regularly
- Prior administrative or operational experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership, stay organized, and remain composed in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree accepted for exceptional candidates
- Must be onsite 5 days a week in Greenwich, CT
Compensation for the Executive Operations Coordinator:
- $57,000-$60,000 (specific range to be determined based on experience)
