Halifax Health is seeking an Executive Operations Manager for Administration.
This dynamic position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to senior executives in the C-suite. The ideal candidate is one who can be trusted to follow through, handle sensitive materials, and is capable of analyzing findings and reporting accordingly. Superior computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office, project management and sophisticated calendar management required.
Responsible for overseeing the office of the Chief Operations Officer and liaison with executives, directors, physician leaders and others. Responsible and accountable for planning and scheduling daily meeting management for the office of the COO. Must have proven experience in an operations role to include knowledge of budgeting, staffing and day to day technical experience in a large, multifaceted, multi locational organization, preferably healthcare.
Formal Education: B.S. or B.A. degree in business administration, healthcare management or communications required. Master's degree in applicable field highly preferred.
Related Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience working with executive and senior level management within a healthcare organization or a corporate executive setting, preferably within the C-suite. Minimum of 3-5 years in a supporting operations role.
Skills and abilities: Position takes initiative, is capable of anticipating needs, quick and efficient problem-solving skills and has the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment in order to meet deadlines; Excellent oral and written communication skills required as this individual will work directly with other executives, community and board members. This individual is the key liaison between the office s/he represents and all others, internally and externally.

Accountable for ensuring accurate electronic storage and handling of board packets, contracts, compliance items, administrative policies and procedures.
Perform other duties incidental to the work described herein. This may include responsibilities such as managing office logistical support (ordering supplies, services, etc.)
