    Description

    Executive Partner to the CRO

    This role functions as a true extension of executive judgment. It requires enterprise-level thinking, board and investor interface readiness, and the ability to drive cross-functional follow-through on behalf of the most senior leaders in the organization. The Executive Partner is not defined by seniority - it is earned by scope.

    ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS / DUTIES

    • Architect and manage the executive's full operating rhythm - applying strategic judgment to balance competing priorities and manage inbound with precision
    • Serve as primary point of contact for board members, investors, and senior external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
    • Coordinate full board and committee materials - managing timelines, confidentiality, and distribution with the highest standards
    • Navigate enterprise power structures and advise on stakeholder approach; manage sensitive organizational dynamics
    • Manage complex domestic and international travel with end-to-end ownership
    • Drive cross-functional follow-through on executive priorities - proactively surfacing risks and translating insight into action
    • Represent the executive's perspective and values across the organization; model leadership standards within the admin community
    • Champion adoption of new tools and AI capabilities across the admin community; serve as a resource for best practices
    • Manage the highest-level confidential information across board, legal, financial, and organizational matters
    • Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives at executive direction
    • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Full mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Board management and document coordination platforms
    • Advanced travel and expense management (Concur or equivalent)
    • Virtual meeting and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex)
    • Advanced project tracking and workflow tools
    • Champions AI tool adoption across the admin community; elevates tool fluency across peers

    SOFT / LEADERSHIP SKILLS

    • Executive leverage - acts as a true extension of executive judgment
    • Strategic thinking - understands enterprise priorities; surfaces risks proactively
    • Enterprise stakeholder navigation - advises on approach; manages sensitive dynamics
    • Board and investor readiness - highest-level confidentiality and external interface
    • Leadership influence - models leadership standards; represents executive perspective and values organization-wide
    • Org intelligence - understands power structures, interpersonal dynamics, and cross-functional interdependencies
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Composure, discretion, and sound judgment under pressure

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
    • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in executive support, with at least 3-5 years supporting C-Suite or President-level leaders
    • Demonstrated experience interfacing with boards, investors, or external governance bodies
    • Experience in a large, complex, matrixed enterprise environment
    • Bilingual capability (English + global language) strongly preferred
    • Track record of operating with the highest levels of confidentiality and independent judgment

    LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS

    • None required; certifications in executive administration, project management, or business communication preferred

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Individual contributor; no direct reports - but expected to model and influence standards across the admin community
