CÉ LA VI is seeking a culinary professional who will first step in as a contractor to develop our dessert program, then transition into a leadership role at opening.


Based in Miami, FL | Hiring: Full-Time Executive Pastry Chef

Pay: Once full-time, you'll earn $75,000–$80,000 annually, plus a bonus structure

Schedule: This position begins with a short-term contract phase, followed by a full-time evening schedule, with working hours including:

  • Weekends: 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Weekdays: 7 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM

Schedules vary depending on pre-opening and operational needs.
