Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Executive / Personal Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $62,400 to $83,200 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building new websites, assist to create database to keep track of products, organize database for dog supplements, and help social media platforms with podcasts.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage both business and personal appointments.
  • Organize business trips, family vacations, and coordinate travel-related activities.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone messages, and mail, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.
  • Set up meetings, attend as required, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Create and maintain expense reports, ensuring accurate tracking of receipts and payments.
  • Assist with personal shopping, errands, and other household management tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • AS/BS degree in Business, or related field
  • 4-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant or related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and tools/ Software's
Experience:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with social media preferred.
