Executive Personal Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for a newly created role supporting our client based in her Chicago Western suburb home. This is a wonderful opportunity to assist a classic, vivacious, retired C-Suite Executive who relishes giving back to society and deeply values tradition.
You are highly organized, have excellent administrative and technology skills, are well-written, well-spoken, discreet, and polished. You are a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, can create systems, have experience paying bills (QuickBooks Pro), and exercise exceptional judgment while maintaining absolute confidentiality. You take pride in providing traditional, high-touch executive support and keeping every detail organized and running seamlessly.
You may have experience working at a top law or accounting firm or as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite executive(s), with responsibilities including paying bills, file management, liaising with advisors, summarizing documents, and drafting thoughtful personal and charitable correspondence, including beautifully written letters and acknowledgements.
The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $125,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package, generous performance-based bonus, paid holidays, and vacation are included.
Travel to California may be required regularly during the winter months for meetings.
