Executive Personal Assistant

A successful and rapidly growing women’s telehealth company based in Sarasota, Florida is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and has an interest in women’s health. This role is multi-faceted, being involved with her business as well as helping her out personally with errands, social media and getting ready for events.She is seeking a true force multiplier. About the Job:

• Support the Founder and CEO as a true right-hand “gatekeeper” holistically handling complex calendar management, personal and professional.
• Prioritize emails from inbox and craft emails on the CEO’s behalf
• Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
• Attend some business meetings; take notes; follow-up on action items.Travel with her 3-5 days a month for meetings and conferences.
• Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients
• Do market research and prepare her for meetings
• Coordinate projects keeping track of initiatives and deadlines
• Handle expenses
• Help set up processes and procedures to improve workflow as the business grows using AI
• Plan lunches, dinners, events
• Ad hoc projects; personal work, run errands

Base Salary plus Discretionary Bonus, Comprehensive Health Benefits

About You:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a high- level executive
• Bachelor’s Degree
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information
• Google Suite and AI proficient using AI on a regular basis; overall tech savvy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great project management skills, running projects from start to finish
• An interest in improving procedures and processes through introducing software solutions as well as AI
• A warm engaging personality that is a true team player and understands how to take as much off the CEO’s plate as possible
