Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their CEO.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO, serving as a trusted right hand across both business and personal matters.
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including business meetings, personal appointments, and family commitments.
Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and overseeing all logistics.
Handle a wide range of personal responsibilities, including household management, vendor coordination, reservations, gifting, and special events.
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for both professional and personal relationships, exercising the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure the CEO's day-to-day life runs seamlessly in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
Qualifications
2+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
Bachelor's degree required; degree from a highly regarded university preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer
Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000 plus discretionary bonus, dependent on experience
