Our client, a dynamic and reputable crypto startup, is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive / Personal Assistant to support their CEO. In this role, you'll manage a wide range of business and personal responsibilities, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring the CEO can focus on the highest priorities. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, exceptional judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment. This role is onsite, 5 days per week, located in Chelsea.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, helping prioritize time effectively and ensuring key meetings, documents, and follow-ups are handled efficiently
Act as a gatekeeper and point of coordination for requests that require the CEO’s attention
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including multi-stop itineraries, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and last-minute changes
Handle urgent travel issues in real time, including backup planning and fast pivots when schedules change
Support a broad range of personal responsibilities, including appointments, reservations, memberships, errands, household-related coordination, and other day-to-day needs
Help manage personal administrative matters such as finances, accounts, and high-touch logistical tasks
Assist with oversight and coordination related to multiple properties and related vendors or services
Serve as a trusted point of contact for personal matters involving family, friends, and other close relationships when needed
Handle confidential company and personnel information with the highest level of discretion
Anticipate upcoming needs through forward-looking planning
Independently manage multiple workstreams and special projects with minimal oversight
Support document execution, scheduling alignment, and other executive coordination needs tied to the CEO’s business responsibilities
Partner with the Office Manager on office-related activities, executive visits, and special events
Take ownership of ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as they arise
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-trust support role
Experience supporting senior executives, founders, UHNW individuals, private households, or similarly high-demand environments is strongly preferred
Highly discreet, and capable of handling sensitive personal information with professionalism
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong prioritization and decision instincts with the ability to manage tight deadlines and responsibilities effectively
Strong skills anticipating needs and operating with urgency; ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to independently manage complex, fast-moving workflows with minimal supervision
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
