Executive Producer - Communities of Interest

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute original programming for McClatchy’s Communities of Interest, identifying trends and stories that spark engagement
• Oversee all phases of production, managing budgets, schedules, and freelance talent to deliver high-impact projects
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure content authenticity and audience growth
• Use AI tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, streamline workflows, and amplify your creative impact
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where experimentation, learning, and bold ideas are celebrated

The anticipated pay range for this position is between 120k - 150k a year. Individual base pay may vary within that range depending on the job-related knowledge, department equity, skills, experience and relevant education
