Discreet Armed Officer

We are seeking two experienced, professional security personnel for a discreet, plainclothes assignment:

Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional, low-profile security presence
Monitor the property and identify potential safety or security concerns
Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
Provide professional assistance to employees, guests, and clients
Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity reports
Follow all post orders, company policies, and client procedures
Supervisor will provide on-site leadership, communicate with management, and ensure officer compliance

carry themselves differently.

Requirements:

Valid Illinois PERC card
Valid FOID card
Valid Illinois Firearm Control Card and any other credentials required for armed security employment
Previous armed security, law enforcement, military, or executive-protection experience preferred
Strong communication, judgment, and de-escalation skills
Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must successfully complete all required background and employment screenings

Position Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift
Pay: 25 - 30
