About the Role

\n

Property Solution Services, a Plantation-based real estate investment company, is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio.

\n

This is an administrative position, not a sales position. You'll be the operational hub for our properties — coordinating tenants, vendors, leases, and approvals so everything runs on schedule and nothing slips.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations across a portfolio of residential properties
• \n
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• \n
• Prepare leases and process lease renewals
• \n
• Handle condo applications and association approvals for tenants
• \n
• Create, assign, and follow up on work orders
• \n
• Coordinate vendors and schedule property maintenance
• \n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant relations
• \n
