Executive Recruiter

Olive Recruiting is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for a motivated recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering exceptional talent, and helping companies solve difficult hiring challenges across a variety of industries.
This is an agency recruiting position supporting a diverse portfolio of client companies across industries including professional services, technical and skilled trades.

This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy proactive recruiting and direct candidate outreach. Success in this role comes from building relationships, identifying passive talent, and creating opportunities- not simply reviewing incoming applications.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive base salary with the opportunity to earn commission
Full-time, direct hire opportunity (not a temporary position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing techniques
• Proactively recruit passive candidates who are not actively searching for new opportunities
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical experience, career goals, and overall fit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• Present qualified candidates to internal leadership with detailed interview summaries, market insights, and recommendations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and search progress within our applicant tracking system
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with the sales and recruiting teams to successfully fill client openings while meeting quality and timing expectations
• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner by representing Olive Recruiting with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional communication throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within an executive search, agency recruiting, or professional staffing environment
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and recruiting technologies
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, construction, engineering, logistics, transportation, professional services, accounting & finance, mission critical/data centers, or skilled trades is preferred
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, high level of integrity, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
