Recruit 619 is aggressively expanding in the Indianapolis market, and we are hiring our first on-site recruiters at our Midtown Plaza office in Carmel, IN. What You’ll Do (The Hustle):Hi!

• Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, engage, interview, and match top-tier talent with exceptional companies.

• Build Your Book of Business: Act as a hybrid headhunter and account executive, developing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates in the local market.

• Close Deals: Manage the interview process, negotiate offers, and drive revenue.

• Shape the Culture: Help us write the playbook, build the desk you run, and establish our foundational presence in the Indy market.
