What You’ll Do as a Recruiter

• Own the Process: Lead the full recruiting lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance

• Create Opportunity: Drive high-volume outbound activity to generate new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines

• Prospect & Engage: Identify and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach

• Hit the Phones: Engage candidates and clients through phone-based outreach (comfort with dialing is essential)

• Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates that drive repeat business and lasting success

• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM activity and records

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in liberal arts)

• 2+ years of professional work experience

• Previous success in sales, recruiting, or other relationship-driven roles

• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

• Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure

• Ability to work onsite in our office located in Inman Park, Atlanta, GA
