Position location:

Irvine, California World Headquarters with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week onsite.

Your role:

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle executive search and strategic recruiting efforts across a broad portfolio of business functions, including Corporate Services, Go-to-Market Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other critical business areas. This role partners closely with senior executives and business leaders to identify, attract, assess, and secure top talent for both executive and specialized professional positions.

This individual will primarily focus on passive candidate identification and engagement, utilizing executive search methodologies, talent mapping, market intelligence, and relationship-building strategies to develop robust pipelines of highly qualified talent. The role serves as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing talent market insights, succession-oriented recruiting strategies, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.

Operating within a global, matrixed organization, this recruiter will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, Human Resources, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic talent acquisition projects.

• Lead end-to-end executive search and recruiting activities for executive, leadership, and highly specialized individual contributor positions across multiple business functions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that leverage passive talent identification, competitive intelligence, networking, talent mapping, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive and professional talent to support current and future organizational growth.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives, organizational structures, workforce plans, and leadership capability requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing labor market trends, talent availability insights, compensation intelligence, and competitive hiring recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including competency-based interviewing, executive evaluation, and cultural alignment discussions.
• Develop targeted talent mapping strategies for critical functions, including Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, and other corporate disciplines.
• Drive a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the organization's values and strengthens employer branding efforts.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and successful hiring outcomes.
• Build and maintain productive partnerships with external search firms, industry associations, and professional networks when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and recruiting best practices across all hiring activities.
• Participate in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, technology implementations, workforce planning activities, and special projects as assigned.
• Utilize recruiting analytics, pipeline metrics, and market data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased recruiting effectiveness.

What you bring to the role:

Required Experience

• 15+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience within large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading executive search engagements across multiple business functions and leadership levels.
• Prior experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, Technology, Operations, and Commercial/Sales organizations.
• Proven success identifying and hiring passive candidates through proactive sourcing and executive search techniques.
• Experience partnering directly with Vice President, Senior Vice President, and C-suite leaders.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, executive assessment methodologies, and workforce planning strategies.
• Experience managing multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a global corporate environment.
• Combination of retained or contingent agency recruiting experience and corporate in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting executive and professional hiring across multiple geographic regions and business units.
• Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, ATS solutions, AI-enabled sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $138,100.00 - $234,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
