About the Role

This is a recruiting role with real growth potential. You'll start by mastering the recruiting side of our business, then have the opportunity to take on more as you prove yourself. We invest in our people and want someone who's in it for the long run.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned searches from kickoff to placement
• Source and identify qualified candidates
• Run high-volume candidate outreach and recruiting calls
• Qualify candidates and prep them for interviews
• Present candidates and manage follow-up
• Keep CRM activity accurate and up to date
• Work closely with sourcers on assigned searches
• Learn our industries, our process, and what makes a strong candidate

What We're Looking For

Early-Career Recruiter

• 1.5-2 years of recruiting experience, any industry
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and multi-search organization
