Title: Executive Recruiter
Location: Hybrid with physical attendance onsite 3 days per week (choice of days among Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in McLean, VA.
Duration: 8+ months
Pay Range: $50-55/hr on W2 without benefits
Introduction:
We are seeking agile operatives who can shift from transactional resume screening to proactive talent intelligence. Our mission is to map competitive landscapes and build expansive pipelines for highly specialized, hard-to-fill tech talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fungible Tech Hiring: Ability to support multiple core tech profiles flexibly rather than sticking to one silo.
LOB-Agnostic: Experience shifting capacity seamlessly across different lines of business as priorities evolve.
Core Recruiter Competency: Strong baseline assessment skills up to the Director level.
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
D Executive Scoping: Track record of identifying, engaging, and assessing technical talent up to the Director level.
Advanced Intelligence: Proven capability in talent mapping and expansive sourcing for highly niche skillsets.
Business acumen to naturally evolve into full-lifecycle recruiters.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Talent Mapping: Architecting competitive maps, identifying target companies, and uncovering hidden talent pools beyond LinkedIn.
LOB-Agnostic Agility: Functioning as fluid assets who pivot across different tech job families as priorities shift.
Leadership Vetting: Confidently engaging and assessing passive candidates up to the Director level, with a primary focus on Manager-level.
The AI/ML Talent Hunt: Deep-diving into specialized ecosystems to identify and engage rare, highly sought-after AI/ML engineering and research talent.
