The Role
We're hiring an Executive Recruiter to help us attract and close top-tier talent across the country.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role focused on leadership hiring.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting (source close)
- Proactively source high-performing candidates (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.)
- Build pipelines of passive talent
- Partner directly with hiring leaders
- Drive hiring decisions and close candidates
- Manage pipeline and activity metrics

- Recruiting, sales, or high-performance background

- Ability to influence and communicate effectively
- Highly organized and accountable
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $90K-$160K total compensation range (base + un-capped bonus)
