What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers.

• Run the full search process from client development and candidate sourcing through negotiation and placement.

• Recruit and engage high-quality passive candidates.

• Develop a specialized market and build a long-term book of business.

• Manage multiple searches while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in executive search, full-desk recruiting, staffing, or a similar business development environment.

• A demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow client relationships.

• Experience sourcing, recruiting, and placing passive candidates.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build a profitable practice.

• A high level of accountability, organization, and follow-through.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
