Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-performing professionals through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.

• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assess qualifications, accomplishments, leadership capabilities, and career objectives.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive, management, and technical-level professionals.

• Develop expertise within a specialized industry vertical and stay informed on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent movement.

• Present qualified candidates and provide strategic insight throughout the search process.

• Manage multiple search assignments while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.

• Utilize recruiting technologies and CRM systems to effectively track activity and maintain candidate pipelines.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional search outcomes and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings strong search fundamentals, including talent mapping, direct sourcing, candidate assessment, relationship management, and consultative search execution. Experience developing client relationships and generating new business is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of success in recruiting, executive search, recruiting, business development, account management, or a related professional environment.

• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.

• Strong consultative, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated resilience, competitiveness, and results-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

• Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
