Executive Recruiting Sourcer (Healthcare)
Location:
Fully Remote
Position Type: Contract (Open-Ended / Long-Term)
Compensation: $25 – $45 per hour


Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Executive Recruiting Sourcer to support high-level recruitment efforts within a leading healthcare organization. This fully remote, long-term contract opportunity offers the chance to work alongside an executive search team, contributing to the identification and engagement of top-tier leadership talent, including C-suite candidates.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, and experienced in executive-level sourcing, with a strong understanding of talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and advanced sourcing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Executive Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Source and engage passive candidates for executive-level and C-suite roles using advanced search techniques

  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates across healthcare and related industries

  • Conduct market research to identify target companies, talent pools, and competitive intelligence

Search Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies

  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions

  • Contribute to the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies and programs

Candidate Research & Evaluation

  • Perform detailed candidate profile reviews and due diligence

  • Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with executive-level roles

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Sourcing Tools & Techniques

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, networking, and referrals

  • Execute Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing methodologies

  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in executive search

Project-Based Support

  • Support multiple executive search projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Manage sourcing timelines and deliverables to meet hiring objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive-level sourcing or executive search

  • Proven experience sourcing for C-suite and senior leadership roles

  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Oracle or similar platforms

  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other talent platforms

  • Advanced Boolean search and research skills
