It is a high‑impact, self‑driven individual contributor position focused on maximizing the impact of our CEO and President and requires discretion, confidence, and business acumen.Summary of essential job functions/responsibilitiesExecutive Support & Priority ManagementServe as the primary partner responsible for managing the CEO's and President's time, focus and daily executionOwn and optimize the CEO's and President's calendar, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and growth objectivesAct as a gatekeeper to the CEO's and President's time, filtering and sequencing requests based on value and urgencyHold the CEO and President each accountable to agreed‑upon priorities, meeting preparation, and follow‑up commitmentsEnsure all meetings are purposeful, well‑prepared, and outcome‑orientedExecutive Operations & LogisticsManage all business travel and logistics for the CEO and President with precision and foresightCoordinate occasional personal travel and other support needs for the CEO as requiredDraft, review, and manage executive correspondence and communicationsAnticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling, logistical, or operational issuesMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all timesRevenue Growth EnablementSupport the CEO's new client acquisition effortsPartner with our Business Development team for supportResearch target organizations, market context, and key stakeholdersHelp prepare for prospective client and client meetingsEnsure follow‑up actions from sales‑related meetings are tracked and executedEnsure the client relationship management (CRM) database is updatedMaintain visibility into the CEO's active prospective client and relationship pipeline to help prioritize time and preparationCoordinate internally including with our Client Service and Advisor team to ensure smooth execution following CEO‑led sales and client activitiesThought Leadership & Executive PresencePartner with the CEO to support thought leadership and industry visibility effortsAssist with planning and preparation for speaking engagements, industry events, and board, community and external leadership commitmentsSupport content development and scheduling for social media and external communications, ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectivesMinimum requirements8‑10+ years of experience in roles such as:Executive Business PartnerExecutive or Senior Executive Assistant with expanded sales and strategic responsibilitiesChief of StaffBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience requiredB2B sales awareness and comfort supporting revenue‑generating activitiesDirect experience partnering with C‑suite executives, preferably founders or CEOsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence and confidence to act as a trusted partner and gatekeeperExceptional attention to detail and follow‑throughMust be proficient in Word and PowerPoint; able to prepare documents and presentations from concept to completion with limited assistanceMust be proficient in Excel; able to organize and analyze data with confidenceExperience with a customer relationship management platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force, etc.) and with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales enablement platformsComfort operating in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability, in‑person environmentPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
