EXECUTIVE POSITION — Client Owner Services (PRIVATE AVIATION SALES)

Role Overview: The client owner services executive is responsible for originating, managing, and closing private jet charter transactions while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level client experience.

This role blends consultative sales, aviation logistics expertise, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry partners to drive repeat business
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and convert qualified leads into revenue-generating opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets through proactive outbound efforts
  • Build and manage a book of business through research across internal databases, industry networks, and digital platforms
  • Execute high-volume outreach (calls, email, networking) to convert prospects into LPJ clients
  • Manage all sales activities and client interactions within crm systems
  • Provide accurate, real-time charter pricing and aircraft solutions to clients and brokers
  • Source and present aircraft options aligned with client requirements, and close transactions efficiently
  • Oversee charter bookings from initial inquiry through post-flight completion
  • Coordinate concierge services, including ground transportation, catering, and special requests
  • Conduct pre-flight checks, ensuring aircraft, crew, and logistics are confirmed
  • Monitor flights and proactively communicate any operational issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private jet operators to ensure optimal aircraft availability
  • Demonstrate full compliance with company procedures and industry regulations

Deal Size & Pricing Expectations

  • Typical charter transactions range from approximately $15,000 to $250,000+ per flight, depending on aircraft category (light jet to ultra-long-range)
  • High-performing executives are expected to close multiple transactions monthly, with annual revenue production often exceeding $3m–$10m+ in charter volume
  • Strong understanding of pricing variables is critical, including hourly rates, repositioning costs, international fees, fuel surcharges, and peak demand pricing

Candidate Profile

  • Self-starter with a strong "hunter" mentality and proven ability to generate new business
  • Deep understanding (or ability to quickly learn) u.s. and international private charter markets
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization skills in time-sensitive, high-pressure environments
  • Service-oriented with polished interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong negotiation and numerical abilities
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively both independently and within a team
  • Passion for aviation and luxury client service

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets
  • Aviation or luxury travel industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with crm systems and sales pipeline management
  • Demonstrated ability to overachieve quota consistently
