Executive Sales Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Sentinel Technologies is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment of high-performing sales executives within the technology industry. The Executive Sales Recruiter will partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, develop targeted search strategies, identify passive candidates, and deliver qualified talent within established hiring timelines and metrics.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter who combines strong business acumen, sound judgment, and analytical thinking with a passion for process excellence. This individual will serve as a trusted talent advisor to the commercial organization while championing recruiting standards, consistency, and operational rigor.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technology sales, commercial, or executive-level hiring.
• Proven ability to partner with sales and business leaders as a trusted advisor, assisting with hiring decisions through data, market insights, and talent expertise.
• Strong analytical orientation with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence to drive hiring outcomes.
• Demonstrates excellent judgment in evaluating talent, prioritizing searches, and navigating complex hiring decisions.
• Highly process-oriented with a commitment to maintaining recruiting standards, consistency, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience building and managing pipelines of executive and sales talent through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Proficiency with iCIMS or comparable ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

 

 

Compensation: 

80,000 to 100,000 base salary
