Scope of the Executive Search
The selected executive search firm will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a recruitment and marketing strategy.
  • Sourcing, identifying, qualifying, and assessing executive-level candidates.
  • Presenting a shortlist of highly qualified candidates to Client leadership.
  • Assisting Client during the offer and negotiation process with the selected candidate.

Position Summary: Deputy CIO of Networking
The Deputy CIO of Networking will provide strategic and operational leadership for the City's enterprise networking environment, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and innovation across the City's network infrastructure.

  • Develop networking strategy aligned with the City's IT roadmap.
  • Partner with the CIO on long-term technology initiatives.

Education

Experience
Candidates should possess:
  • 10–15 years of infrastructure and data center experience.
  • At least 3 years leading multiple large, cross-functional teams or enterprise projects.
  • 5 years of management or supervisory experience overseeing a comparable data center.
  • Experience influencing executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Certification
One of the following is required:
  • JNCIP (Juniper Networks Certified Professional)
OR
  • At least 5 years of measurable enterprise networking experience demonstrating equivalent expertise.
