Title: Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants
Duration: 12 months
Location: Buffalo NY, NY 14202
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9:00am to 5:00pm)
Pay: USD 20/hr-USD 22/hr

Position summary:
The role providesadministrative and litigation support by managing legal databases, processing discovery requests, maintaining case records, and supporting case management activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, maintain, and update legal databases and case management systems.
  • Date-stamp, format, and organize discovery documents.
  • Conduct discovery research and process discovery requests.
  • Maintain and update terminated and convicted assailant lists.
  • Update and maintain the case settlement review database on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of case-related information.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative, legal support, records management, or data entry role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience maintaining databases and electronic records.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience working in a legal office, court, District Attorney's Office, or government agency.
  • Experience with litigation support or the discovery process.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and legal documentation.
  • Experience using case management or legal database systems.
