You will design innovative menus, manage food quality and presentation, and drive operational success through effective leadership and cost control. Your expertise will help shape a dynamic, high-performance kitchen team that embodies Levy's passion for hospitality and excellence.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred* Minimum 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or sports/entertainment environment* 3-5 years Fine Dining chef experience* Strong proficiency in inventory management, menu development, and food costing* ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)* Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and OutlookKey Responsibilities* Lead culinary production for all dining outlets and premium experiences* Maintain Levy standards for recipe execution, presentation, and food safety* Oversee menu design, seasonal updates, and special event coordination* Direct, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to promote growth and consistency* Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to meet financial goals* Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and sustainability standards* Drive continuous culinary innovation aligned with venue events and clienteleCurious about Life at Levy?
