We Are Hiring:

Location: Tulsa, OK

Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center

Department: Cardiopulmonary Rehab

Schedule: Monday - Friday. 7:00am - 4:00pm

What You Will Do:
  • Design and deliver tailored exercise therapies using patient data, current health status, and medication profiles to safely guide individuals through their rehabilitation journeys.
  • Evaluate patient progress through comprehensive pre- and post-rehabilitation testing, translating clinical metrics into clear, actionable health insights.
  • Monitor and adapt care plans in real-time, quickly recognizing abnormal responses or contraindications to exercise to ensure absolute patient safety and optimal recovery.
  • Educate and empower patients and the community by leading wellness classes and public speaking initiatives that promote long-term heart-healthy habits.
  • Champion operational excellence by maintaining advanced department equipment, managing patient records, and stepping up to provide leadership coverage when the manager is away.
What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Athletic Trainer preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Sports Medicine preferred.
  • Registered Exercise Physiologist preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
