Exercise Planner

Description: As an Exercise Planner, you'll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, MDMP, ADM, and JPP to support the client. Employ your expertise to work alongside thought leaders in training, exercises and operations on projects that leverage the capability as represented by the client into the Joint Exercise Program (JEP), this will include the client's contribution to their goals. You'll use your skills and expertise to support Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI). Provide continuous planning and coordination support throughout the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). You will assist with program integration, work on INDOPACOM requirements for the client, and coordinate with the components facilitating participation in rotations.Required Technical Knowledge Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise ProgramExperience with the Five Stages of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)Experience with the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Army Design Methodology (ADM), and Joint Planning Process (JPP)Experience at an Operational or higher-level Headquarters staff, such as Corps, DRU, ASCC, or ACOMKnowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational levelGraduate of a Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education or Component equivalentDesired Technical Knowledge Skills & Experience:  8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or aboveExperience supporting and managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streamsExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Office 365 Experience with JTT and ARTIMSExperience with serving in JapanKnowledge of the aspects of Multi-Domain OperationsTop Secret clearanceMaster's degree Clearance:  Secret
