Quattro, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking Exercise Tech / Modeling & Simulation Planners to support the JS J7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training & Exercises (DDJTE) to assist in the mission to develop, deliver, and enable a continuum of individual, staff and collective joint training to enhance the operational effectiveness of the current and future joint force through a concept-driven, threat informed capabilities development approach.
The Modeling & Simulation (M&S) planners are critical technical expert responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of databases supporting complex M&S environments. This role requires a deep understanding of military concepts, including U.S. order of battle, force structure, weapons systems, and the intricacies of combat simulations at both entity and aggregate levels. They will translate requirements into robust and reliable database solutions.
This position is contingent on contract award.

.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field required.
Proficiency in relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl).
Strong data modeling and database design skills.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. military structure, weapons systems, and operational concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with specific M&S tools and frameworks (e.g., OneSAF, JSAF, AFSIM).
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
