Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Build exhibit displays from diagrams, drawings, and measurements using wood, laminate, aluminum, and other materials
• Use hand and power tools to construct, modify, and repair components
• Pack, load, and unload materials safely for shipping to events
• Maintain work environment: clean, safe, and well organized
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Purchase supplies
• Work collaboratively with team
• Travel occasionally to help set up and tear down exhibits
• Keep tools, equipment, and inventory organized and well maintained 

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Enjoy working with your hands and creating end products.
• Relevant work experience in carpentry, fabrication, cabinetry, millwork, theatrical set construction, event production or related
• Able to read diagrams, plans, drawings, and project details
• Ability to operate common shop equipment and tools
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable operating a forklift, or willing to get certified within three months (Company paid)
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to travel occasionally for event setup and tear-down
