Job Description\n
We are seeking an Exhibit Warehouse Associate – Portable Division to coordinate exhibit shipments, prepare trade show displays, manage inventory, and support warehouse operations. This hands-on role combines logistics, quality control, inventory management, and exhibit preparation to ensure client displays arrive accurately and on time for events across the country.

This position requires a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime/weekend work as needed.
General Responsibilities\n

- Assemble, construct, and inspect small exhibit displays according to drawings, setup instructions, and design specifications.
- \n
- Prepare exhibits for previews by ensuring accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality.
- \n
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve structural, assembly, or quality issues prior to shipment.
- \n
- Use hand and measuring tools to construct, adjust, and repair exhibit components.
- \n
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project timelines and expectations.
- \n
- Verify the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments and complete all required shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation in a timely manner.
- \n
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
- \n
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and purchase order records to support efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
- \n
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management.
- \n
Requirements\n
- \n
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, manufacturing, exhibit production, or a related field.
- \n
- Mechanically inclined; asset management experience is a plus.
- \n
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- \n
- Ability to work safely on ladders and operate forklifts and scissor lifts.
- \n
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- \n
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- \n
- Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
- \n
- Must reside within the Cincinnati metropolitan area.
- \n
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and learning new software systems.
- \n
Helpful Skills & Experience\n
- \n
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using basic hand tools.
- \n
- Ability to troubleshoot exhibit setup and teardown issues.
- \n
- General computer proficiency.
- \n
- Forklift certification (preferred)
- \n
- Self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
- \n
- Asset management knowledge is a plus.
