Exhibitor Relations Manager isresponsibleforbuilding,maintaining,and strengtheningrelationshipswithcinemaandtheatreexhibitorstoensuresuccessfuldeployment,strongcollaboration,andoptimalperformanceofQubeWire/QubeCinema products.
Thisroleservesastheprimaryliaisonbetweenall QubeWireoperationsteamsand Exhibitorpartners.Themanagerensuresexhibitorsarefullysupportedwithprogramming information,productopportunities, andongoingcommunicationthroughoutthelifecycle in working with Qube Wire.
The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, proactive, and deeply familiar with the needs of cinema and theatre exhibitors. They excel at communication, negotiation, and partnership-buildinginafast-pacedentertainmentenvironment.
Key Responsibilities Exhibitor Relations & Partnership Management Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforcinemaandtheatreexhibitors. Build,maintain,andgrowlong-termrelationshipswiththeatremanagers, programmers, booking teams, and venue leadership. Understandeachexhibitor’sprogrammingstrategy,audienceprofile,and operational needs to maximize collaboration. ActasatrustedadvisortoexhibitorsregardingQubeWiretechnologyandofferings. Ensureexhibitorsfeelsupported,informed,andvaluedthroughoutallstagesof engagement. Provideclear,timelyupdatesonQubeWiretechnology,improvement,upgradesand offerings. GatherexhibitorfeedbackonQubeWireexperienceandprovideinsightfor improvementsandtranslateexhibitorinsightsintoactionablefeedbackforinternal teams and development. Relationship Development & Strategy Identifyopportunitiestoexpandexhibitorparticipationacrossexhibitorsand markets. Developtailoredengagementstrategiesforkeyexhibitorpartnersand cinema/theatre chains. Strengthenrelationshipswithindependentvenuesandmajorexhibitioncircuits alike. Supportlong-termpartnershipgrowththroughconsistentcommunicationandtrust-building. Representtheorganizationatindustryevents,festivals,andexhibitormeetings when required. Trackandcoordinatealloutreachcampaignstocreatehighlyorganizedplanfor annual deployment strategies. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaboratewithdistribution,marketing,publicity,production,andoperations teamstoalignexhibitorneedswithinternalplanning. Ensureexhibitorsreceiveaccurateandup-to-dateinformationregardingreleases, campaigns, and programming changes. Coordinatewithinternalteamstoresolveexhibitorconcernsquicklyandeffectively. Supportreportingonexhibitorengagement,bookingperformance,andrelationship health. Role Requirements 3–5+yearsofexperienceinfilm,theatre,cinemaexhibition,distribution,or entertainment partnerships. Strongunderstandingofcinemaandtheatreexhibitionecosystems. Provenexperienceinrelationshipmanagement,accountmanagement,orexhibitor-facing roles. Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills. Strongabilitytobuildtrustandlong-termprofessionalrelationships. Highlyorganizedwithstrongattentiontodetailandfollow-through. Abilitytomanagemultiplestakeholdersandprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. ProficiencywithMicrosoftOffice,GoogleWorkspace &CRMsystems or similar tools.
