We are looking for dependable Janitorial Team Members to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and works well independently and with a team.


Available Shifts

• 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  
  
• 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  
  
• 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• working from Monday through Friday.
• service Areas: Break Room / Coffee Station / Kitchenette / Vending Area / Lunch Room / Conference Room / Presentation Room / Meeting Room / Training Room / Copy Center / Supply Room / Corridors
• these are only some of the Duties (we will provide the complete scope of work)
• Police high-use/ high visibility areas to sanitize touch points, remove debris, spots, soil and streaks; empty trash and replenish supplies
• Empty general trash and recyclables, replace liners when soiled or torn. Spot clean interior and exterior of receptacles to remove soil. Remove trash to designated area in accordance with the building's trash and recycle program.
• Dust and damp wipe horizontal and vertical surfaces including cabinets, counters, sinks, appliances and furniture. Restock supplies and replace furniture to its original position per
• Dust mop hard surface floors using microfiber technology. Remove gum, tar and scuff
• Full vacuum carpets from wall to wall, including corners and edges, moving light furniture
• Service and clean coffee pots in accordance with building's policy.
• Spot clean carpet using approved carpet spotting equipment and supplies as soon
• Spot mop floors to remove spots and soil.
• Clean interiors of refrigerator and microwave in accordance with the building's policy
• High dust above-the-shoulder horizontal and vertical surfaces reachable with a microfiber
• Low dust baseboards, furniture legs and other below-the-knee horizontal and vertical
• Dust or vacuum horizontal and vertical blinds and other window treatments to remove dust, spots and soil
• Dust, vacuum or damp wipe air vents to remove exterior dust and cobwebs.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending, and moving supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
  
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
  
  
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but are not required.
