Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to a diverse clientele
• Perform consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Execute highlights, balayage, color corrections, and other advanced color techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming station and work environment
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up

Requirements:

• Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology License required
• Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or Cosmetologist
• Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for all hair types
• Strong knowledge of current hair trends and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented professional demeanor
