Exp Logistics Associate-1232

As a Logistics Associate here at PIP | HSP, you will optimize logistics operations, coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, and develop strategies to enhance cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Logistics Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Groveport, OH location on an On-site work schedule

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to established procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and regular Cycle Counts.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any material-related issues.
• Prepare, package and ship outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds for job responsibilities.
• Able to work mandatory OT as required, including weekends.
• Ability to train new hires and coach and/or recognize staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
• Track record of improving accuracy and efficiency, including implementing best practices or Lean principles to reduce errors and delays.
• Demonstrates reliability, integrity, and ownership, with a goal-oriented mindset and readiness to take initiative and be a role model for the team.
