Position Summary Robbins Property Associates is looking for a strong Property Manager to oversee all aspects of apartment community operations including financial performance, team leadership, leasing strategy, resident satisfaction, and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall property operations and financial performance
Lead and develop onsite teams
Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention
Oversee budgeting, collections, and reporting
Ensure strong curb appeal and maintenance operations
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
