Qualifications

To be considered for a role at Heartland Dental, youll need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology: Youll need to have a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology to succeed in your role.
  • Experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment: Youll need to have experience working in a patient- or customer-centered environment to provide excellent care and service to our patients.

Preferred Experience

We also prefer candidates with the following experience:

  • Dentrix or other dental software experience: Youll need to have experience with dental software to help you manage patient records and other administrative tasks.
  • Dental assisting school certification: Youll need to have a certification in dental assisting to demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the field.
