We’re hiring an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) who wants a four-day workweek, specialty experience, and a long-term home with a close-knit dental team.

You’ll step into an outpatient Endodontic role focused exclusively on root canal treatment. You’ll support treatment and consultation workflows while working closely with an experienced Endodontist and established team in a collaborative specialty practice.

• Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• No call responsibilities

• You hold an EFDA certification and active Florida license
• You’re confident taking high-quality dental radiographs
• Endodontic and CBCT experience are highly valued
• Laser experience and nitrous certification are a plus
• You’re comfortable assisting with treatment plans and insurance breakdowns
• You’re willing to support phones and front-desk responsibilities when needed
• You’re positive, dependable, and looking for a long-term team

Compensation & Benefits

• $23–$27 per hour based on experience
• Top hourly rate available for candidates with substantial Endodontic experience
• $200 monthly medical stipend
