Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Two (2) years' experience working in a child-centered environment or in instructional support. Desired Qualifications Associate's Degree or two (2) years of verified post-secondary education. Experience in leading academic or enrichment programs. One (1) year of experience providing direct instruction in an educational setting is preferred. Child Development coursework or related training highly desirable Training or experience in instructional methodologies, child development, or student assessment is desirable. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Valid California Driver's License. Current Basic First Aid and CPR certification. Completion of background check and TB clearance
