What You'll Do
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all dishes from kitchen to table by leading Food Runner team and collaborating closely with Kitchen and Chef team
- Prepare and maintain the pass to support smooth, efficient service flow
- Oversee and assist with stocking and organization of service stations and the pass, according to prescribed par levels
- Understand how to deliver and describe dishes confidently, highlighting key ingredients and preparation, when appropriate
- Follow established steps of service to support a consistent guest experience
- Maintain strict attention to allergy protocols and dietary restrictions and ensure entire team is also attending to these allergies and restrictions
- Maintain proper sanitation standards and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing duties efficiently
- Communicate proactively with the kitchen and dining room teams to maintain pacing and accuracy

Physical Requirements: - Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, & cleaning chemicals
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
- Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
