Responsibilities

• Calls out, assembles and verifies food orders in kitchen resulting in fast service by performing the following duties.
• Removes orders from printer, places on rail, at kitchen service counter.
• Reviews order for accuracy. Communicates with Food and Beverage supervisor via radio.
• Examines portioning and garnishing of completed food order.
• Assembles order in “ready fire” manner. Hands off assembled orders to waiting runners in a first up manner.
• Follows all health and safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature.
