Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor purchase orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Coordinate logistics between procurement, warehouse, and project management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records using ERP or project tracking systems (e.g., Viewpoint).
  • Identify and address delays, shortages, or scheduling risks proactively.
  • Support continuous improvement and workflow optimization within procurement operations.


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience as an Expeditor, Procurement Assistant, Logistics Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist (construction or manufacturing preferred). Pipes, Valves, Fittings, and Electrical procurement
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/project management software.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable with a teamwork mindset.
