YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers through the vehicle-buying process
• Build and maintain your personal customer base
• Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers
• Respond quickly to internet and phone opportunities
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Work closely with management to structure and close deals
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and customer information
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Represent Southern 441 Toyota professionally throughout the entire customer experience
