Our client, a global leader in premium design and technology solutions, is seeking an experienced Experience Center Supervisor to oversee a flagship client experience showroom in Midtown Manhattan. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$40/hr - $50/hr
$90k - $115k annually upon conversion to permanent

Position Overview:
The Experience Center Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a premier experience center while delivering consultative demonstrations, managing client visits, coordinating events, and supporting business development initiatives. This highly visible role requires someone polished, outgoing, and passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has a design-related educational background combined with experience in sales, luxury hospitality, interior design, architecture, or client-facing environments. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility is required for client events and occasional evening functions.

Responsibilities of the Experience Center Supervisor:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-profile client experience center.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and consultative presentations.
  • Build relationships with clients, Architects, Designers, Dealers, and Sales Partners.
  • Develop and execute showroom events, training, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and national Sales teams to increase showroom traffic and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and special events.
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Track customer interactions, leads, and showroom metrics using CRM systems.
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support cross-functional projects and additional leadership initiatives.
Required Experience/Skills for the Experience Center Supervisor:
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury sales, interior design, architecture, showroom management, hospitality, or client experience.
  • Strong consultative sales and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional, polished executive presence.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Experience managing events, customer experiences, or showroom operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Experience Center Supervisor:
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Background working with luxury products, design firms, construction, or premium consumer brands.
  • Experience leading client events and educational programs.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Marketing, or another design-related field is required.
