Department: Patient Experience
Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $33.82 - $50.73 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
Delivers educational and training programs to help staff provide a patient experience rooted in our mission to improve lives. Serves as a change agent for patient experience and focuses on continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the experience design process and execution and provides training and education in patient experience improvement for all levels of the organization.
Serves as the experience and innovation partner for dedicated regional facilities and leads all system patient initiatives, such as rounding, training, and service recovery.
Supports clinical and operational teamwork to improve patient experience, including the integration of process improvements across system.
Serves as regional facilitator for experience design initiatives and unit or department level experience improvement plans.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 4 years of relevant experience.
