ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
" UX resource needed for Process Reimagination / TRM Workstream UX Designer Key Requirements " UX Design Expertise o Strong experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and enterprise applications. o Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, usable designs. " Design Tools (Core Requirement) o Hands-on expertise in Figma (Client's primary design platform) is required. o Experience with other UX tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus. o Ability to collaborate effectively within shared design systems and component libraries. " Wireframing & Prototyping o Proficient in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups. o o Demonstrated ability to iterate designs quickly based on stakeholder and user feedback. " Front-End Awareness o Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles to ensure design feasibility and smoother handoff to engineering teams. o Ability to collaborate closely with developers to align on implementation constraints. " Collaboration & Communication o Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to product owners, engineering teams, and leadership. o Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning and iterative delivery. " Accessibility & Compliance (Enterprise Focus) o Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive user experiences. o Awareness of regulatory and risk considerations in enterprise environments is a plus. " Portfolio Requirement o A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
