Experience Designer Senior
The Opportunity Perform as aGraphicDesignerwith a strong foundation in design principles a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visual content that enhances brand identity and communicates core values.
Develop and produce a wide range of design materials such as logos brochures presentations and possibly videos.
Ensure all designs adhere to 508 compliance guidelines maintaining accessibility and usability.
Apply design principles such as typography hierarchy and visual balance to create effective and visually appealing assets that reinforce the offices mission and purpose.
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all materials ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and provide creative solutions that meet both design and functionalrequirements.
You Have5 years of experience in graphic designExperience with 508 compliance to design and develop accessible productsExperience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs including InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Adobe AcrobatExperience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages data presentations and analytic ideasExperience working within the government or defense sectorsKnowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community ICAbility to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range ofgraphicdesignsAbility to work with the client to define projectrequirements and create designs that effectively communicate key messagesTSSCI clearance with a polygraphBachelors degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is 99000.00 to 225000.00 annualized USD.
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allens total compensation package for employees.
